i deleted some numbers

i have an android and dont back my phone up ( doh) can i recover old phone numbers? if so how plz thanks !

Go through your old bills to find call logs and use memory to remember who you called when

if you signed into your android phone with a google account, maybe the numbers are still on googles servers.

go sign onto google and go to contacts and see if there is anything there.
