I can't access my phone backup file

I have a Blackberry and I did a backup and stored the file on my Windows Home Server. When I try to access it or move it over to my desktop I get the following error. I checked the permissins and it looks like I have full access

What exactly is it backing up if it's 0 bytes?

I didn't even notice that, it was supposed to be a complete backup of my phone
