hyper v whs machine speed problems

I had to reinstall server 08 r2 and in turn hyper v. I reimported my virtual whs but have since had serious streaming issues and slow transfer speeds. I know id like to enable jumbo frames along with changing a few settings however I'm not sure which of the 3 cards I should be working on. (The machine has a dedicated nic card) Do I edit it on the vm? On the virtual network switch on the host? Or just the physical adapter on the host?

I think id be happy with even 20 megs/s but right now its a crawl with maybe 3megs/s on gigabit with cat 6 cables all around. I used to get roughly 50megs/s

The storage is a couple offlined terabyte drives added to the vm. I may have fixed the initial problem: a conflict of ip addresses however I still don't know which nic I can tweak
 
For jumbo frame support, you need to enable on the physical nic and the virtual nic associated with that same physical nic for your hyper-v VM.

You also need to make sure it's supported on the switch you are connecting to and it needs to be enabled on the box you are streaming from.
