Are there any significant differences between the two? The comparison page on Cooler Master's site shows the following:

Hyper TX | Hyper TX 2
Long life sleeve bearing | Long life bearing
4 pin | 3 pin
650 ~ 1800 R.P.M. | 1800 R.P.M.
Aluminum Fin/ 3 heat pipes | Aluminum Fin/ 3 heat pipes/ Copper base
Intel LGA 775 | Intel LGA 775/ AMD K8/ AM2

So aside from the fact that the Hyper TX 2 is universal, is the main difference the 4-pin PWM vs. 3-pin connector? Also, does the Hyper TX not have a copper base as well? I ask because SVC has a deal for an OEM Hyper TX (Intel) for $15, whereas the Hyper TX 2 seems to be at least $23 elsewhere.
