Anyone used one of these little beasts for watercooling?

The one im looking at is 550 L/H version... im not looking for the lowest temps, just a cheap way of starting watercooling, and i know these pumps are exceptionally quiet - it'll be going on my duron (i know, i know - its a test rig, until it figure out watercooling - entire rig cost me around 10 pounds equiv :p) which will be an HTPC comp. Just wondering if someone wise in the ways of the watercooling gods could tell me if the statistics on it are ok.
Price here in nz is $34.00, around 11 pounds i think (eheim 1046 is aroun $99 nz dollars)

Cheers
