Okay I have a full size Coolermaster tower that is my HTPC. Specs are below in sig, not in detail but enough.

I would like community recommendations for a cooler that will let me take this to 4.0-4.2 all day long. I dont want some super expensive cooler and quiet is good since I dont want the box to compete with my Plasma in dB.

Anyways I would like to OC because I will be gaming every often on the TV.
