HT Omega Claro Halo, code 39 error

I just got this card today and was all eager to set it up. Sadly, windows vista 64 bit is having an issue and I get a Code 39 error in Device Manager, which says that the driver is not found or corrupt. But device manager correctly calls the card a Claro Halo. I have tried to un-install and re-install the driver in different combinations, even using safe mode, and I even tried using C-Media reference drivers but nothing is working. Has anyone here had/fixed this problem? Thanks for any ideas.

Dun think it's Windows Vista 64... I don't have problems with my HT Omega Striker except the driver messes with King's Bounty. But other than that, it works great.
