Hello, I have a HP Netbook G-62-b25es. A technician disassembled it to change the fan because it was broken, but he removed the stack of the motherboard. And if you have ever had an HP computer, you will know that it causes a initial hard disk error.
The technician changed me the hard disk, but the problem persists. I've seen that often it is solved by upgrading the BIOS, so I did it, and now the hard disk test (of BIOS) is successful, but the error comes again every time I start up or reboot. I've tryed to format the hard disk, but error is still there.
I've called HP support, but they've told me that can not repair a computer with non-original components, and I can't get the original hard disk.
Now I'm on the verge of resign to solve the problem.
Anyone have an idea of what can solve it? Thank you
One thing is clear. I'll never buy HP.
