Not really, The first 19" LCD's under 600 bucks ive seen have had terrible image quality.. but that was at Comp USSR (Comp USA), but that was about a year ago when i worked there. I would look for a 19" LCD with an optimal resolution of 1600x1200, but thats just me (I LIKE UBAR RESOLUTION!!!!) :D :D
