It should work.

I think the only thing that might get in your way is clearance. But I think the ATCS 840 has plenty of headroom.
 
That's a good freaking idea.

You've got a big deadspot due to the rotor hub on the 200mm fans though.
 
The center dead spot on those fans will decrease static pressure many radiators need to perform well. If you used a shroud that had a reducer/adapter, you'd have better pressure gain. But the way Coolmiester has it right now, I don't expect it to be a great performer. Very quiet though...
