For me there's no better way than using Electron Microscope. It's a one stop program for monitoring your networked boxen, and also shows you cores, times per unit/frame, and all sorts of cool data about the proteins your folding.

 
And EMIII also tracks the WUs you've done (and allows you to monitor/track many boxen)... I use it to keep track of all my PCs.....
