How to Optimize State Timeouts for Performance and Security?

Below are the default State Timeouts that my router uses in NAT firewall. Do any of them look off? I don't know enough to make a judgement. I don't host services, prefer low latency over bandwidth, assuming State Timeouts can have affect such network aspects.

I'd leave it alone. Rarely does tweaking such settings make anything better.
