How to change icon in Vista?

I did screw up little when I install WinRAR. It override ZIP file icon with its icon. I try to make the icon looks the same for zip file but can't find the "File Type" option under folder options anymore!
Any idea how to get it back? Try free program call iphile but it doesn't work. Try turning UAC off and it also can't override that.

ya, i dont see where to change icon anymore. so no clue .

only shortcuts i can see where to change but not file type icons.

Yeah. It is very odd that they remove it from folder option. Nevertheless, I think they've just moved it somewhere else, which we don't know yet.

Give us some clue, MS.
