How to change Excel and Word Desktop Icons ?

Compared to the other customised Icons on my desktop Word and Excel look poor..... I cannot though work out how to change them.

Does anyone know how to and also are there any better Icons available for them ?

Problem solved. I just made my own shortcuts and edited them !

I didn't know that you couldn't edit the default icons (at least with 2003). Stoopid MS.
