how thick plexi for side panel?

Im doing my first side panel window and i was wondering what thickness plexi or lexan should i get? Also how do you attatch it to to case without any visible screws?

And a little off topic but has anyone here had any of the 80mm coolermaster blue LED fans? If so how are they?

I used 1/4" plexi for my window. Nice and solid with no flexing.

As for attaching it without visable screws, I'm not sure, I like the look of the sacrews so attached mine with panhead socket cap screws.
 
I use 1/4" as well. To attach it I use Goop. It's silicon base so if you need to remove it later on it will just come right off with little effort. Oh, you can find Goop at any hardware store like lowe’s or homedepo.
 
I used 1/8" i think,
Easier to score and snap that 1/4" stuff.
Lighter too.
If i was building a case out of plexi, i would probably use 1/4" stuff.
But just for a non supporting window, 1/8" for me.
 
1/8th or 1/4th is just your preference, but one of either is a good choice, another way to attach the side panel without screws, aside from Goop, is to use epoxy.
 
I used 1/8" lexan and used a silicone adhesive. (Its kinda like a caulk, comes in a little squeesy tube, from HomeDepot) works awesome

I have four of the CoolerMaster 80mm LED fans in a new computer I am putting together. They are relatively quiet and run very soothly from 5 volts to 12 volts, I have not tried to run them slower. I have them attached to a Matrix Orbital LCD which uses PWM to control fan speed and I get no noise from them running very slowly. IMHO they are well made fans and do not have overly bright LEDs, I am using the UV purple LEDs since blue is not my favorite color and I see too many people using blue. I have a total of 6 CoolerMaster fans in the case, four 80mm LED (two intake, two exhaust), one 120mm UV purple on the side panel intake, and I replaced the 120mm blue LED exhaust fan in the power supply with a 120mm Purple LED Coolermaster. With two UV Purple CCFLs and neon green sheathing with neon green Molex connectors it has a very distinctive look.
