I'm about ready to pull my trigger on my build which revolves around the i7 920 and i will be trying to oc to at least 4ghz, and let's just say i get a GTX295 OC'd, and both on watercooling, with a couple external usb devices and a couple harddrives, will an HX620 be enough or should i step it up to the HX750 from corsair?

The HX620 would probably be enough, but I would recommend going to a 750W or greater PSU. The HX750 would be an excellent choice.

Go with a 750W PSU. I prefer PC Power N Cooling myself. But most modern 750W PSUs should be fine.
