i disagree, he does not need at least 200watts, most sff systems are fully loaded running off stock 200w psus or less
I dont know if 90 is enough, but if not, one of those ~140W matx psus
my crappy guestimate:
VIA EPIA Nehemiah M10000 1Ghz -40 watts (maby too high for this in particular? NO IDEA)
512MB DDR - 10 watts
80Gb 5200 HD -20 watts
802.11g WIFI -10 watts
DVD-Rom - 15 watts
USB GPS reciever (DeLorme Earthmate) - 10 watts
haha, but I really have no idea how much these things all draw
best bet is to google what other people with car rigs use with a similar setup

Why dont you just get one of those DC-DC ready power supplies designed just for Carputer setups. I forget the company name, some guy on general mayhem was actually selling a complete carputer setup with that psu.
