How much more can i get

Hi, currently rite now these are my settings:
san diego 4000+
x12 multiplier
htt 210 mhz
at 2.520 mhz.
voltage 1472

and i am using this fan http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835106068

now what i would like to no is what more can i do to get the most out of my processor? i was thinking uping the voltage but how much would u suggest?

I'd think you could hit 1.49 or 1.5.
