Dunno how safe I am with the PSU I'm using....

Corsair HX520

running.....

i5 2500k @ 4.4 (so far, kinda wanna go higher)
asus p8p67
2X 4GB G Skill
XFX 6950 1GB
3 sata hard drives
Corsair H70
8 Case fans (mainly 120mm, including 2 used with H70)
1 DVD drive

I feel as if I'm pushing it big time. I know its a better idea to have more than enough power, but I dont really wanna dish out any more money.

What are your thoughts?

Your SB cpu and AMD gpu are both efficient. Were you on a 920 and 570 you might have cause for concern. Keep it unless you decide to do CFX or upgrade to something with higher power consumption.
