How good is an Antec Neopower?

I have one and it is a solid, stable, reliable, silent performer and one of the few PSUs that is ATX ver2.0. I am sure that there are some defective underperforming units out there, but my comfort level is high with mine. The only things I don't like is that it is not fully modular in that the main cable bundle is fixed and if there are wires that you don't use (like the fan speed controller) you are stuck with hiding them as best as possible. Also, the sleeving on the main cable is crappy and too short, but you can take care of it yourself or have it redone by several vendors (3D-Cool, FrozenCPU) when you purchase it.

k, good.

I saw it got a 10 rating in Maximum PC, and my Ultra -X almost fried my mobo, so I think I'm gonna go with the NEO Power

Anyone using this on a 20 pin mobo? (ATX 1.3) Any problems?

No problems. It comes with an adapter so you can use 20 pin or 24 pin.

i'm using it on a 20 pin mobo, the 24-20 connector is annoying in terms of my case window.... but functionally it's 100% fine
