What speed RAM can I put in this badboy?

When I buy the RAM, should I get the little "dual" packs? i.e (256x2) 512Mb

only get the dual packs if they are cheaper
they do not offer anything better than buying two of the same sticks individualy

Level II Mushkin, it's gonna be gone quickly and be one of those collector RAM modules. :D

if you plan on upgrading to more ram later than by single (512mb stick)
if you arent going to upgrade than get dual sticks (256x2)
but since they are probebly going to run out of mushkin lvl2 in the near future just get the double packs, because you wont be able to upgrade once they stop making it.

They use Winbond BH-5 chips, which can do 2-2-2-6 timings and can overclock very well.

Corsair and Kingston and one set of OCZ does but you cant be sure about it. Mushkin lvl2 is the only ram you KNOW is BH-5.

Can I use a 2.8C (800Mhz FSB) with PC-2700 Ram? Or do I need to use PC3200?

yes you can using memory dividers on most motherboards, but you will be limiting its performance, the c's work best with dual channel pc3200
