The temperatures are completely bogus, but the voltages look OK. Try using Core Temp or something more accurate for the processor temps. I would trust the BIOS readings for voltages more than anything else.
 
looks fine to me, and since you have a Corsair i wouldn't worry too much about the voltages, there are AWESOME PSU's
