Here is a snapshot of the latency on one of my current Hosts in our production environment.

Not really knowing much about what is good and what isn't I was hoping someone could chime in.

The disks are on a RAID 50 in an HP P2000 Storage SAN.

depends. what's the workload on the array (what's running - sql, exchange, desktops, web servers...)?
 
I think the performance monitor uses SQL. Everything else is pretty standard. Mainly Server 2k8 boxes. Vcenter runs on this as well and a 2008 terminal server with about 20 users.
