How do you set up a raid?

I have an Asus P8Z68-V Gen3 and I want to use 2x 36.7G WD Raptors in raid to run as my primary drive for windows7 and windows7 only how ever I do not know exactly how to do this. Can anyone link me a good guide or explain to me here how I go about doing this? Thanks
