How do you Remove the XP-120

Hey guys,
I am sending in my motherboard for an RMA and have to take out the xp-120 and processor. How exactly do I do this without the processor flipping out or anything. Any help or advice would be highly appreciated.
 
do it when it is warm. They come off easier when the proc is warm.

Also, apply a slight pressure on the 120 as you release the clips. Then wiggle back and forth until it comes off. It has taken me 20-30 wiggles to remove my SI-97 before.
