How do you remove the heatsink in a 9800 pro?

I have the 256mb Saphhire 9800 Pro and want to install a VGA cooler, how do I get the heatsink off? just remove the 4 screws or what?
 
mine has 2 black plastic things holding it down. Needle nose plyers to squeeze them then popeed right off..

then RMAd it cause after i installed the VGA silencer it fudged up bigtime :(

I did the same. Mine ran for about 2 months without a hitch oced to 420/380 with the VGA Silencer. Then one day it just crapped out. Bottom line: Be careful and hopefully you ordered it from Newegg.
