How do you force a program to run on the second LCD?

I am currently using a dual LCD setup (Dell 2405 and Dell 2007). The problem is that I can't seem to use certain programs on the second LCD. As soon as I drag the program to the second LCD and execute it, the program will end up loading up on the first screen. The only way that I can stop this from happening is if I use Ultramon and set the Dell 2007 as the main LCD and then programs will end up loading on the main screen, but it ends up corrupting the view on the Dell 2405. Does anyone here know how to fix this problem?

If it is a windowed app can you just drag it to the other screen?

Like I said before, even with the window in the other LCD screen, the screen is still blank. Other DVD software plays fine in either screen.

Ahh..... DVD software, eh??? How are you connecting to the LCD's?? Using both DVI connections or one DVI and one VGA??

When I was set up with DVI on my left LCD and VGA on the right (used the DVI on the right LCD for my Powerbook) I could only play DVD's in the left LCD. Once I re-did my wiring and went DVI to both I was then able to play DVD's in either LCD.

Also, I typically have Outlook in the right LCD and Firefox in the left. I haven't had to drag the apps where I want. Outlook will always open in the right since that's where I open and close it from.

Hope this helps.

Both LCDs are connected via DVI-D.
