How do you do your offsite backup?

I use bare harddrives connected to a dock to backup my windows home server weekly. Throughout the week the computers backup to the windows home server hourly and I just make a backup of those backups into my offsite set of drives. Their then put into a vanguard hard case and locked away somewhere else.

The back up drives are in a clear case and also wrapped with an antistatic wrapper and silica gel packets inside

I use Crashplan to 2 servers at different locations and a copy of all data, which I try to refresh every 6 months. in a safe at my parents home, and one copy at my grandfather, in his safe
 
For me I just use CrashPlan running on my Synology NAS server to back up to their online cloud servers.

Have 6.3TB uploaded there so far.

It works for everything I need and was the cheapest at $140 for 4 years to back up unlimited data.
 
Not sure if you are aware of "StoreGrid", a backup software which can perform offsite backups added with plenty of useful features. You can check if one of its various editions (including an edition for webhosting providers) meets your requirement.
