how do I hook up a block with 3 inlets>

Input above the core and two outputs back to the loop using a y connector.

Center barb comes from the pump, the two on the outside join up and go to the radiator and then to the resevior and then the intake of the pump.

what local places sell the 'Y' connectors (types of places) lowes, home depot, etc.?
 
I'm not sure, they might carry them, but then again they might not. Mcmaster definitely has them, as well as just about every watercooling place on the internet.
