I am building an AMD X2 system and would like to run two instances of folding at home on the machine. How do I do this? It needs to be as seamless as possible. Thanks in advance.

You will need to have 2 seperate folders and 2 instances of F@H. You will have to run with the -local switch, and different machine id numbers.

I need to be able to run either two graphical clients or run two services. This has to be automatic. The machine is for my mom and she is letting me run folding on it, but she doesn't want to be bothered with configuring it every time she reboots. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The console version is what you are looking for, it will run even if no one is logged in.
The box will need to be left on to run regular WU, to be safe, since your running 2 instances.
Once you have this set up it will run with out intervention. Just install it as a service.

 
Can you tell me how to run two seperate services? I want to make sure that one automatically goes to cpu0 and the other to cpu1. Thanks in advance.

Theoretically, running setup-fold twice to two different directories should do it. Set 'em to run as service, turn off bigpackets. I'd appreciate this, it'd let me brag about one more thing setup-fold can do ;)
