How Can I Improve This Setup?

Pretty soon I'll be upgrading to a new comp, which needs to be HIGHLY OVERCLOCKED! Here are the specs:
DFI LanParty UT nF4-Ultra D
AMD 64 X2 4400+
BFG GeForce 7800 GTX 490/1300
OCZ DDR-500 2x512 dual channel 2-2-2-5

That's all thats needed... But I'm decided on that, I need help with my water cooling setup:
Swiftech MCP 655
Swiftech Storm
DD Maze4-GPU
T-Line setup integrated into roof for easy maintenance
-I'm decided on those unless you have proof of a better option.

Which of these radiators will perform best in a full tower case with plenty of fans with thermal monitoring/control:
Dual Heatercore(the one from DD)
Black Ice Extreme III
Thermochill III
-Add any options you think necessary.

Thanks in advance

Those 3 will perform about the same, with the dual heatercore (a 1977 Bonneville heater core with barbs) has the advantage of a smaller size and lower cost, while the BIX3 and 120.3 have the advantages of better looks (subjective) and easier mounting (ignoring the increased size).

If you don't want to buy each component youerself, look at the Swiftech APEX kit, which is just about the best performing kit you can get right now.

If you're going to tune down the speed of your fans, then the 120.3 or the heatercore is the way to go, as the BIX only really performs its best at full blast, due to increased thickness vs the BIP. Get a BIP3 (basically the same as the 120.3, just a few minor differences) from DD right now for cheap as they're have a Black Ice blowout sale.

Well, yes during web browsing or low profile apps I will tone down fans, but when I game or watch movies the headphones block out everything, so I guess I'm asking will the BIX3 be 1-2 degrees cooler than the heatercore? If not, heatercore it is.
