Watercooling rig in the sig, but the GTX240 has no fans blowing on it as they killed the external PSU(Getting new fans around christmas).

4.2ghz HT OFF....Prime 95 100% usage

Max temps after about 45 minutes

42C 40C 40C 41C
 
Looks perfectly fine, you've got plenty of room to spare.
