I just built a new SLI rig and ran Prime 95 (small ffts) for 6 hours. My max load temps (based on Sandra environment monitor log) were 54.5C for the CPU (a64 Venice 3000+ @2.50 GHz 1.5v Zalman 7000-Cu) and 46C for the board (MSI Neo4 Platinum SLI). I am certain that I have applied the Zalman HSF and the AS5 correctly. I have also maximized the airflow through my chassis (Wavemaster).

Do these temperatures seem OK? If not, what should I do to improve them?

In case you are wondering, I am using a Antec 530W TPII PSU (SLI Certified), dual MSI 6800 Ultras (which heat things up pretty good), and dual SATA barracudas in Raid 0. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
 
That sounds like the temps of a stock fan.So yea Its good.With all that heat It sounds good.One thing i did in my case to lower my temps(please dont start the flaming and logical crap) I put all my fans to suck in air(the 2 in front 2 in back)Then I had my side fan,psu,and top fan to blow air out.It lowered my case temps by 5 c and my cpu by 2-5 c.
