How are my temps?

Heres my setup:

Opteron 146 CABYE @2.7ghz 1.3vcore
2x512mb gigaram pc3700 mach1000 @225mhz 2:3:3:5 @2.8vdimm
nvidia 6800gs 515/1150
Enermax Whisper EG465P-VE 431w
Watercooling components:
Zalman WB-2
Eheim 1250 pump
1/2'' ID, 5/8'' OD masterkleer tubing w/ t-line
Swiftech Hydrx
2x120mm heatercore
janky custom shroud made of clear plastic shoe box w/ one pulling 120mm fan.

Heres everything summarized in a picture:

So right now at my ambient temp of 26C i'm getting temps of on avg IDLE 34-35 and LOAD avg 39-40

So just wondering how my temps stack up and if i'm doing things right. Thanks.

Good temps considering your ambient temps. I get similar temps, but a bit lower on my 3500+ winchester core.
