How are my PC temps?

At the moment I have two 80mm rear fans (loud and whiney), I will be ordering a new case soon (V-1000B Plus ll). Anyways how are my temps for overall for video, cpu and what not. How much more do I have for overclocking if any ? Does anything seem wrong?

...just kidding. I think a rule of thumb is once you get to like 60-70c you need to look into the situation more.
 
Well the graphics card is running at 62c? Should I be worried?
