how 2 block spam email?

I've gettin some fxxed up email for past couple of month, prob 50 emails or so, all from diff random email address but with same subject "*****SPAM***** software". Is there any way of blocking bs emails? thanks.

p.s. this is the contents of the bs email, always same(not sure about the link or writin on bottom).

Are you getting email from these assholes?

About blocking it, you should tell us what email client you're using...Is it a hotmail account? Email through your ISP via Outlook?
 
not sure, that link didn't work but i've been getting for 2-3 months now.. not sure how they got my email or why keep on sending same bs email in regular basis. i use both hotmail and outlook.
 
I dunno. I've been getting weird emails in German. I don't know if someone made a typo signing up for a mailing list or if someone is just stupid, but I don't know German (I can recognize it, though). No links in the emails at all. =\

I might as well start using Yahoo! mail again. It gives me 100mb of storage, which is pretty impressive compared to the 10 mb of POP space my ISP hands out. =\
 
If you have a cool ISP, have them block the domain that the anuses are using. Otherwise, use Yahoo! mail or something like that.
