I have a Radeon 9700, and my brother has a Radeon 8500 (*I think*) and both display a weird horizontal line that goes from tom bottom to top, it's like a electronic interference line. It happens on two different TVs, using SVideo and Composite. My freind said it use to be a issue with older Radeons. Any suggestions or tweaks?
