Okay I have a budget of around $100-125$. I want to water cooling kit (or a list of parts that'll replace a kit) that'll be worth my while and my money. I know water cooling basics but beyond that I'm practically a total n00b so yeah. Much appreciated.

Special note: I have a 80MM Exaust, so I cant use a 120MM.

While you can get an OK setup for that much, you'd be better served (IMHO) to save your money a little bit more, and then spring for something like the Swiftech Apex kit. If you look around, there is a group buy going on that looks to promise VERY nice prices.

while you want to use a 80mm kit at around 100~125, might as well get top of the line air cooling heatsink.

as for pricing, 100 to 125 probably can get you a ghetto diy kit, or you can go with one of those evercool kits or TT kit. btw TT big water use a 120mm Radiator. What you can do is use one of thos 80mm to 120 MM fan adaptor and mount the radiator.
Another option can be the CoolerMaster 80mm CPU only kit, does not need fill and bleed.

for DIY kit, you probably can go with
Mag pump for $45
swiftech 6000 or 6002 $40
heatcore $20
Barbs, fitting and tubing $10 (homedepot)
Total=$115 + shipping

That is probably the best DIY list of parts your going to get. However, if you constrict yourself to only an 80mm radiator I agree that you might as well save your money and get an XP-120 or XP-90, or similar performing high end heatsink.

one more time, on the same note as the others: you're not going to get anything worthwhile with only an 80mm rad. you should probably either save yourself the difference, and get a good air cooler, or accept that you are going to have to start cutting to fit at least a 120mm rad.
