I have one. Haven't had any issues with it.
Except it was before they started offering the touch-screen and online monitoring and arm/disarm capabilities

I would jump on it. Their service is top notch and their equipment is awesome. I love my touch panel

I worked for ADT for quite some time. That's about the same you'd pay monthly with them for a radio system. And the APX equipment looks to be higher-end.
