Hohoho... He's predicted to overtake me in approx 9 days... :eek: It's time to resume folding... and I need to fix my other computer so that it'll boot and fold away.

 
I wouldnt worry too much, it shows me as overtaking whenver I get an update, but that is only every couple of days at the moment, Most of my recent WU's have been taking 2+ days to work through.
 
It's a sad day for me today...

My home rig the one I had for many years... will not damn post no more... I've lost a 933Mhz folding power.

I'm also going to be offline for approixmately a week - driving back to Rochester, NY for school from Salem, Oregon sometimes tonight... DeadMilkman, tis ur little chance to take advantage of my woes...

Alrighty I'm back online and seems that I was only out of comission for around 3-4 days... I'm just saying that I'm back folding :)
 
Thanks, and I was also curious, what's the spec of that outdated rig you're using? Just was wondering...
 
it is an Athalon 64 3200+ with a gig of ram, geforce 6800gt, several sata drives etc... really was built as a gaming rig a couple of years ago. I would get more folding done if it wasnt my only computer, since I use it for *everything*. So the gaming, porn downloads, web browsing etc... all eat up cycles that would otherwise be folding :)

I've an update to share with you guys... I've borged a friend's rig with his permission of course and it's a sweet 2.66Ghz increase :cool:

Now my folding power is at 9.46Ghz... I should break 13Ghz by the end of this week as soon as I get my other rig up and running... I'm happy :) though I would share is all.

 
I'm pleased to say that I'm nearing 9k at the time of post and am to reach 10k sometime today or early saturday :) Hooah
