Hmmm

to do peltier cooling of a CPU you need more than 200 watts Q max, that thing is only like 38 watts.

to peltier cool a GPU you need at least 80 watts for radeon 9000 series, over 150 watts for current gen nvidia and ATI.

oh yeah: you also need some way to power the things, and some way to get rid of several hundred watts of additional waste heat.

you can run an 80 watt off of your regular PSU if you have a 550 - 600 watt PSU and a previous gen system.

if you want to really discuss logistics, i can give you some coaching over in the extreme cooling section.

Thank's DFI Daishi I'm in the setup stages of watercooling waiting a one part to have the water flowing. I can see the snowball affect happening I OC'd a bit then cooling is issue now I will have WC'ing, more OC'ing, then better cooling I'm already studying up on volt mods. I'm afraid I have crossed over and theres no turning back. I'm already on the hunt for parts for a future cooling system with a more chilling affect then my WC'ing setup. I have been spending some time in the extreme cooling section.
