hello..ive got a problem with my monitor. I recently purchased a philips 19inch CRT and its really nice except for one thing. I'm having problems with streaming video and refered to this link http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=820772 but when i tried to install the update it says I already have it :|

"When a client tries to play back video content on a non-primary monitor, either no video is rendered and the client sees only a black frame, or only the first video frame is displayed. Audio plays back without error. "

is there a way to set this as my primary monitor?? considering i only have one
 
What video card do you have? Do you have multiple video cards?
