I got my system Prime95 stable the other day at 11.5x210(2400mhz) with 2-3-2-11 timings with my memory. My voltages were 1.8v CPU, 2.8v RAM and 1.6v chipset.

The past 24 hours I've been trying to get Prime95 stable at 11.5x217(2500mhz). Bumping the CPU voltage another 1.875 and keeping my RAM at 2.8v and laxing the timings to 2-3-3-11 made Prime95 last 2 hours but if I bump up the RAM voltage to 2.9v Prime lasts 6 minutes and if I bump the chipset voltage to 1.7v I usually get a BSOD during Prime after 20-30 mins.

My case temp runs around 33-35C under load and my CPU gets to around 52-54C under load. Anyone have any suggestions?

those are pretty far apart.....thats odd
 
Wow this is strange, I lowered my CPU voltage and the test lasted longer. 1.8v lasts longer than 1.875v, maybe heat is the issue here.

Or maybe its my memory that is too hot??? 2.9v crashes in 6 mins and 2.8v crashes in 1-2 hours so I guess I'm going to try 2.7v now.

Yeah that happens sometimes. My new memory (see sig) got more errors past 2.65 v and below (obviously) 2.65 volts. So i left it at 2.65. Cpus can be finicky like that too sometimes i guess when it comes to heat.
 
Try changing the memory slots, Mushkin reccomends 2.7v for that memory. Something may be wrong.

I'm running my system with 1.825v CPU and 2.9v memory and running Prime right now, godspeed! I found out that my 256MB sticks are indeed BH-5(checked under the heat spreader) so I'll try that next and if that doesn't work its the motherboard/CPU.

UPDATE: Damn it failed at 2.9v after 1 hour. I'm going to leave it at 2.9v and try the CPU voltage at 1.8v again, if it last 2 hours then I think CPU heat is the culprit. Oh and I found out my RAM IS BH-5. Shouldn't I be able to get 2-2-2-11 timings at 225mhz with this thing at 2.9v?
