highpoint raid 133 - reboot prob

alright, i just got a highpoint 133 raid card for my server. i have 4, 200gb hdd's that im going to RAID-0.. so i have them all hooked up, and i set them up in ctrl-h.. i reboot, and go into windows to format the drives.. and in the middle of formating the computer reboots.. it does this every time i try to format the drives, i have no idea what is going on.

the server is running win2k advanced server, and any and all help is appreciated.

try making a small partition and formatting just it
if it succeeds we might be able to draw some conclusions?
