High pitched whining sounds from hardware

Hello,
i just got my i7 system, and everything works perfectly except, for a weird high pithes sounds from the motherboard/gpu/psu or something else.
It often happends when i'm scrolling on a webpage, or if the system is working on something.
For example, everytime Vantage loads a test, i can hear the sound, but when the test is running there's nothing :s

I would like to know if this is normal?

My specs:
i7 920 2.66Mhz
Asus P6T
3x2GB Corsair XMS3
XFX GTX260 Black edition
640GB WD Black
1TB WD Black
LG DVD-RAM drive

Its probably your GTX 260. Mine makes a whining noise during the loading screens of games or any time the framerate is over 300. I think its "normal" :/

Ye, it sounds like it comes from the GPU or the PSU, but i'm not sure.. I could use a stethoscope.
