Hi everyone,
So I have a Fujitsu IX500 Scansnap document scanner. Great for OCR, scanning bills and various administrative things. It does OCR and it's fast too. But now I'm looking for something that does not seem to exist.
A document scanner that makes a superior quality scans so that when I print the scanned document, it comes out as close to the original as possible. So like a photo copy but in a file.
I can find tons of devices to scan pictures but nothing geared towards text and graphics (like logo's). Basically, a test would be to simply print a text typed in Word, scan it and reprint. I want that to look as close to the original as possible. Assume printing on a laser printer.
It does not need to be fast at all, of even have an ADF. It just needs to scan as good as it gets. My google-fu turned up nothing but faster and bigger document scanners.
Thanks!
disclaimer: no I'm not counterfeiting money
