Well I'm new to the world of i7s and such and I was wondering if these temps look normal at idle.

High idle temps? Slightly concerned

I would say those temps are low. Well low for a cpu that can run stable at 95C.

its more about my GPU (XFX 9800GTX+) running at 60 average on idle
btw room ambient is about 60-66F

stock coolers on everything. I have noticed even when I have maxed settings on fallout 3 playing for 3 hours straight the temps only go up 5-10 degrees C

That is fine as well. I believe throttling on that happens over 100C.
