My PC won't start afer months of good use...

In the past my PC wouldn't start immediately, sometimes, and just hang there until it beeped into the BIOS...

I removed the RAM sticks (all of them) and when I started the PC up there is no BEEP which is kinda weird as usually it will beep to signify there is no RAM.

I have an old IP35-E with a E7400... I've tried resetting CMOS won't work :<

Please help :<<

Hi there, I'm pretty sure the PSU is fine because everything is getting power and it's a Corsair 520watt so it's not bad quality or anything. Just black screen, won't beep into BIOS... PC just sits there with all the fans running....

Check out the troubleshooting sticky and follow the steps listed there to narrow down any potential trouble areas.

disconnect everything except mobo/cpu/psu and listen for error beeps (of course, you'll need a case speaker plugged in, lol). if no beeps, try re-seating the cpu. and despite that being a nice corsair psu, try another psu anyhow. report results. oh, and yes, this should all be in the troubleshooting sticky.

Hey good news, after leaving my PC on for like 20 mins it finally decided to boot into the BIOS and then Windows... must be this FUCKING motherboard by Abit (IP35-E) as I've tried two perfectly fine processors w/ it and the same happens as well as two perfectly fine kits of OCZ. I'm ditching this POS it's giving me a headache....
