What are y'all getting for Points per Day per Ghz for machines running Folding, 24/7/365.25 when the servers are working ?

For Gromacs
For Tinkers
For Genome

My only dedicated p III mobile, 24/7 gets about 40 PDG on Gromacs.

It varies with every protein. Here are my numbers courtesy of EMIII:

Barton @2.2 p524_BBA5_pf (gro) - 77 PPd
Tbred@2.0 (Dual cpu 1) p917_v2180pf909 (gro) - 63 PPD
Tbred@2.0 (Dual cpu 2) p523_BBA5_pf (gro) - 66.75 PPD

My gromacs numbers are over 120 PPD for P920 on Barton 2.3 and TBred 2.4..

On average between all the proteins I get around 100 PPD on my AMD systems on GROMACS.

Tinker is about a half to a third of that.

I don't run Genome units.

I use kdfold to track 28 machines and have been collecting and summarizing that information here . This is a java table same as I use on my stats site, you can sort the columns by clicking on the column headers, and the rows can be filtered with the filter buttons on the bottom of each column.

Note that the XP/1800+'s and XP/2400+'s are running with just -forceasm because they lockup regularly with SSE. All other processors are running with SSE, and all processors are running 24/7.

I just upped to 4.0 non-beta and gromacs 1.55...willl post back if it made any difference.
