ok how do i install the intel INF files i have a 9700pro stock speeds and i only get 13560 on 3dmark 2001se...i check dxdiag and under displays AGP acceleration is NOT AVAILABLE! how do i install the intel INF files where? i have the cd where the drivers are but i don't know where to put them... help
 
just download the latest INF EXE file from Intel's website, and run it, it installs everything where it needs to go since its an executable package
 
well im back doing 3dmark benchmarks and this is what i got:

3dmark 2001se

i went from 13211 score to 15123 score


3dmark 2003

i went from 4771 score to 5074 score

all this just for installing motherboard drivers and turning AGP 8X and fastwrites ON instead of OFF.... my 9700pro is at stock speeds i know i can better scores than these.... and running dual channgel 3200 ddr400 1gig 512x2 would help too...

but yeah im running cat 3.10s and smartgart reports 8x agp and fastwrites on :cool:
